John Dillwyn Llewelyn was elected as a Vice President of the RPS at the inaugural meeting on 20 January 1853 and his sister Mary Dillwyn was also a pioneering early photographer. A niece Amy Dillwyn is an author and philanthropist.

The site is run by the Penllergare Trust on behalf of the community and this will be the 3rd Annual Country Fayre. 

10.00  Gates Open giving access to all Stalls, the Community Coffee Shop and the Penllergare Valley Woods site. Visitors are free to access the whole site and maps are available in the coffee shop. 

15.00 Gates close for the day

10am to 3pm Car parking is payable locally to the Penllergare Trust

Hearing and access requirements

Site is accessible to wheelchairs and has bathroom facilities and a cafe. First aiders will be onsite at the event
